TribaSpace seeks experienced Account Managers

TribaSpace is a global online B2B marketplace helping fashion professionals conduct business from anywhere at anytime using secure online Showrooms.

We offer a global product and seek confident Account Managers to successfully drive our European expansion. All positions are based externally in European cities outside Berlin and successful applicants are required to communicate fluently with clients in the language used where they reside – whether that be Italian, Swedish, Spanish or Russian. Fluent English skills are also essential.

Chosen candidates must be self-motivated and equipped to work in a freelance capacity. Knowledge of the fashion industry, sales prowess and quality customer service skills are a must.

Skills
- Sales confidence and proven success
- Fashion industry experience and established network
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient computer abilities, specifically using MS Office and Salesforce
- Capacity to successfully manage own workload
- Cooperation to work externally as part of larger team

Tasks
- Negotiating sales of intangible product
- Meeting monthly sales targets
- Cold calling and large volume of email correspondence
- Undertaking appointments with local industry leaders
- Developing long-term client relationships
- Data entry and upkeep
