Dr Martens 50th anniversary special edition

This year marks the exact 50th anniversary of the original Dr. Martens 1460. The inaugural 8-eyelet boot first rolled off the production line 1960 hence the 1460 moniker. Dr. Martens celebrate the occasion with a limited run of both the 1460 and 1461 models. Each includes both a black and cherry red version with the use of a special Polished Pebble leather in addition to gold contrasts such as gold eyelets, lace-ends, heel-loops and footbeds. Each pair is limited to 1,460 and 1,461 pairs for the boot and shoe respectively, the shoes are globally distributed through Dr. Martens stores and selected retail partners.
