LimoLand Launches in the U.S. with an NYC Flagship

Jean "Johnny" Pigozzi has launched LimoLand, a line of clothing and accessories marketed to "rich old men." If a classic style in a candy-bright hue is up your (or your grandfather's) alley, then your dream store is opening next week in New York City's famed quirky shopping hub, the Meatpacking District.

LimoLand is a manifestation of Pigozzi's colorful and fearless business style, reflective of his hobbies--he owns, for example, the world's largest collection of contemporary African art. Fittingly, the brand's logo is Mr. Limo, a creature based on the work of late Tanzanian artist George Lilanga.

Having been distributed previously at concept shops like Colette, 10 Corso Como and Land of Tomorrow, LimoLand now has it's own exclusive retail venue, from which to sell the label's signature pieces, as well as collaborations with Yoshida Porter, Wild Things and Penfield.
