User Story
Ulrika Höglund is a Sales Agent at Zakka Showroom. She presented several client’s collections during Stockholm Fashion Week, most of which received positive feedback and interest from tradeshow attendees.
Mai Isogawa, a boutique owner visting from Tokyo, attended the Showroom and liked what she saw but needed to discuss some of the products with her business partner back home before placing an order. Prior to the tradeshow Ulrika created Online Showrooms for all Zakka clients, and as a result was able to invite Mai and her business partner into the relevant Online Showrooms on TribaSpace to view the products in question.
